How two-way sync works
- Booking → Calendar: When a customer books an estimate, a Google Calendar event is created instantly with their name, service, address, and contact details.
- Calendar → Availability: Busy times in your Google Calendar automatically block those slots on the booking page — so customers can't book when you're already occupied.
- Calendar cancellation → Booking: If you delete a booking event in Google Calendar, the corresponding booking is automatically marked cancelled.
- Auto-renewal: The live sync webhook renews automatically every 7 days — no manual action needed.
